TSAWWASSEN (NEWS1130) – Patience is once again a virtue today if you’re a B.C. Ferries customer. We’re at the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal, where passengers are braced for once of the busiest days of the year.
Early-morning ferry traffic was light but lengthy waits are expected later in the day on the major routes. Experienced ferry travellers know to be prepared to kick back for a while, “I carry my books, my computer, anything I need with me…it doesn’t bother me. I know I’m getting on the next ferry.”
Many drivers say they left early today because of the long line-ups that they heard about on our traffic reports yesterday. The most important part of being patient? Dealing with the long line-up at the Starbucks coffee outlet.
