Variety Show of Hearts Telethon happening this weekend

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – There’s a very special entertainment lineup for this year’s Variety Show of Hearts Telethon which started on Saturday at 7, and will run until Sunday evening on Global TV.

Chairman George Pitman says some of B.C.’s most special kids will be involved. “The kids are very much excited. This year Jeneece will be back with us, we have a number of other kids.”

All money raised will help special needs kids in the province. Organizers are hoping to meet or beat last year’s total of over $8 million.
