Vancouver’s hottest clubs will be throwing Olympic parties with some of the world’s best DJs every night starting on February 12th.

Top Vancouver 2010 venues include…Republic, Bar None, Pop Opera, Venue, Au Bar, Gossip, Forum Sports Bar, The Modern, Celebrities, Shine and Canvas Lounge.  Most of these are ticketed affairs so check your local listings and websites for availability.  Prices range from 10 bucks to almost a hundred!!

Tons of other digital music and interactive shows called “CODE Live” are being put on by the Cultural Olympiad 2010.  All performances are at 577 Great Northern Way in Vancouver.

From not so free to completely free, the Richmond O-Zone is expected to be a popular place to spend an evening.  The O-Zone is biggest celebration of Games covering 60 acres in the heart of Richmond just minutes from the new Canada Line, stretching from Richmond City Hall to Minoru Park.  Bands like Our Lady Peace, Hawksley Workman, Bedouin Soundclash, Tokyo Police Club and Wintersleep headline the affair. The centrepiece of the party will be Holland Heineken House.  The main hall will serve double duty as a venue for celebrating Dutch athletes, and a nightclub capable of hosting 4,000 partygoers.  Lots of food on hand and of course Heineken Beer. However, the beer is not free.
