Olympic cauldron still behind fence, changes underway

VANCOUVER, B.C. – The Olympic cauldron for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games still remains behind a chain-link fence, but VANOC organizers said they are fixing the problem. The flame has been a 24-hour attraction in downtown Vancouver since Wayne Gretzky ignited it at the opening ceremonies.
