Canadians = Happy

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – When it comes to feeling happy, Canadians are near the front of the pack. A new survey ranking countries based on happiness.
Researchers with the Ipsos Social Research Institute polled more than 23,000 people in 23 countries on how satisfied they were with their local communities.
Canadians responded with an 83 per cent satisfaction rate — good enough for the number two spot and second only to the Dutch whose rate was 85 per cent.
Among the not so happy? South Korea at 34 percent — China at 45 percent — and Hungary at 46 percent.
