One man is dead after a head-on collision in Abbotsford

ABBOTSFORD (NEWS1130) – A head-on car crash has killed a man in rural Abbotsford Thursday afternoon.
Abbotsford Police Constable Ian MacDonald says officers were called to a two-car collision on the Interprovincial Highway at Wells Line Road near Chilliwack just after 3:30 p.m. “Regrettably, as a result of a collision between a black GMC Jimmy and a five-ton farm truck, it has resulted in a fatality. The single occupant of the GMC Jimmy has perished at the scene.”
MacDonald says two people in the farm truck were not hurt, but are very traumatized.
No word yet what caused the crash.
