Canadian Blood Services launches “Bloodmobile”

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Canadian Blood Services is hoping a new roving donation clinic will encourage more people to roll up their sleeves.
Metro Vancouver is getting its very own ‘Bloodmobile’. Canadian Blood Services is teaming up with BC Children’s and Women’s Hospital to launch the four bed clinic, housed in a 45 foot portable trailer.
The ‘Bloodmobile’ will travel to dozens of sites around the Lower Mainland every year to make it easier for people to donate blood.
