White Spot staffers to work on Christmas Day for charity

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – While most of us will be at home enjoying Christmas Day, White Spot staffers at Richmond Centre and Kingsway & Knight will be raising money for charity.
Both locations will be open from 11 o’clock in the morning to 3 p.m.
President Warren Erhart says these locations have been participating for the last 15 years. “Staff from both of these restaurants have donated their time. The franchisees have donated all the proceeds. All the sales for the day are going to go to specific charities and all the employees have donated their time and any gratuities that came across as well.”
He says last year over $10,000 were raised.
The Richmond General Hospital Foundation and Variety – The Children’s Charity will benefit.
