VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Friends of the Bloedel say this year’s ‘Jewel Box of Lights’ Christmas display at the Conservatory is doing exactly what they wanted it to — attracting new people.
John Coupar with the group says it’s the busiest the conservatory has been during the Christmas season in years. “All kinds of people, and people have commented to me how positive and happy they are. They see a lot of new orchids there as well. The displays are really improved inside the building as well, so we’ve had great support.”
The event runs until January 2nd.
