LOWER MAINLAND (NEWS1130) – If you’re still trying to find something to do this New Year’s, we’ve got a list of things to check out:
Huey Lewis is rocking in the New Year at the River Rock Theatre in Richmond.
You can party with Foreigner at the Red Robinson Show Theatre on United Boulevard in Coquitlam.
The Commodore is holding its annual party on Granville Street, with more than a thousand people expected.
And if you’re looking for a classy event, there’s the Glitz and Glamour New Year’s Eve Gala at the Metrotown Hilton.
If you’re looking for some family-friendly events tonight. there’s plenty to do around town:
The Cloverdale Arena is once again hosting the Winter Ice Palace, complete with an old fashioned frozen pond.
The Centennial Arena in White Rock is offering a “Countdown to 2011” skating event for you and the kids.
The Dundarave Festival of Lights in West Vancouver continues until January 7th, complete with decorated trees and hot chocolate.
