Teens accused in Pitt Meadows sex assault appear in court

PORT COQUITLAM (NEWS1130) – Two young men have made preliminary court appearances, charged in connection with a sex assault at a Pitt Meadows rave. The brief appearances in Port Coquitlam were to set up future court dates.
Colton Ashton McMorris, 18, is charged with sexual assault, and Dennis John Allen Warrington, 19, is charged with distributing child pornography. A 16-year-old who can’t be named is also charged with distributing child porn.
It was last fall police say a 16-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by more than one person at an outdoor party while others watched or posted images of the attack on Facebook. The victim has been bullied so badly since, she’s had to leave school.
