PRINCE GEORGE (NEWS1130) – Prince George Mounties seized a whole lot of custom-made jewelry when they raided several homes belonging to a man they claim is a high-ranking gangster.
They confiscated diamond encrusted watches, heavy gold chains with massive medallions and a gold ring covered in jewels, all of which were appraised at $200,000.
Corporal Craig Douglass has a word for it. “One reporter referred to it as ‘bling’ and it is very attention getting for sure.”
Police also found $40,000 in cash, cocaine, and guns, including a machine gun pistol with a 30-round magazine.
Douglass claims the man is a high ranking member of the “Game Tight Soldiers” gang and is also linked to the Renegades motorcycle group. He is now in custody on other criminal matters.
Police are debating whether to recommend a charge of directing a criminal organization.
