Sedin power pushes the Canucks past Hawks

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – NHL scoring champ Daniel Sedin had two goals and an assist, as the Canucks edged Chicago 4-3 in Game Two. Henrik Sedin chipped in with two assists in the victory. Vancouver leads the series 2-0.
The past two springs the Canucks have won the opening game of the series, before dropping the second game of the Conference Semi-finals to the Blackhawks. Chicago went on to win each series in six games.
Vancouver led the whole way, but the Stanley Cup champions battled back in the game. The Canucks had three two goal advantages, which the Hawks cut to one each time.
Jannik Hansen had another strong game, opening the scoring in the first, with his second of the post-season. Alex Edler had the other Vancouver goal. Rookie Ben Smith scored two goals for the Hawks. Smith scored Chicago’s first goal of the series with just over five minutes left in the second period.
The third game of the series is on Sunday afternoon in Chicago at 5pm.
