BC Lions looking at changes on offence for Eskimos game

By

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – The BC Lions are looking at a change at the receiver position for Friday’s game in Edmonton against the Eskimos.

Lions coach Wally Buono tells News1130 Sports that Kamau Peterson has not been dependable enough, he’s looking for Paris Jackson to get back in the lineup while Peterson sits the Edmonton game out. Dropped balls and assignment errors against Winnipeg last week has resulted in Peterson getting in Bouno’s doghouse.

Also look for the return of running back Jamal Robertson against the Eskimos. Robertson missed the Blue Bombers game with an ankle injury and he’d replace ailing rookie Tim Brown.

The Lions are tied for last place in the Western Division with the Roughriders at 1-6. The Eskimos are 5-2 and tied for first place with Calgary,  but Edmonton has lost their last two games.
