The Blazers led the whole way, as they were up 2-0 after the first period and 5-2 after 40 minutes.
Madaisky, who hails from Surrey, scored both of his goals on the power play.
Harland’s marker was his first in the WHL.
Vancouver’s 16-year-old goalie Jackson Whistle stopped 25 of 31 shots in his first league start.
Veteran Brendan Gallagher is expected to be back in the Giants line-up on Saturday in Kelowna. The 19-year-old has just returned from a successful pre-season run with the Montreal Canadiens.
