TORONTO – The Toronto police bomb squad is looking into the discovery of three suspicious packages found at a large costume and party supply store in Etobicoke.

Police are not confirming whether the packages located between Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon, contain explosives.

The police officers at 22 division told 680News, they first located a single “package of concern” Friday night at the Amazing Party & Costume store, located at 923 Oxford Street near Eastwick Road.

The store is a large costume and party supplier selling flags, seasonal costumes and fireworks.

The second package was found early Saturday morning and a third package was found Saturday afternoon.

The store has been evacuated and emergency task force officers have been called to evaluate their latest findings.

A Toronto police spokesman told CityNews that, except for the immediate area surrounding the store, there is no cause for concern while the packages are being investigated.

The store is expected to reopen tomorrow.
