VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Vancouver Police are warning you a high-risk criminal who just finished a two year sentence for robbery.
Tracy Lloyd Caza has quite the criminal past; he’s had 78 convictions, many of them for crimes against seniors in care homes, hospitals, and even their own homes.
Three years ago, he stole the rings off a woman in hospital who is recovering from a leg amputation.
VPD Constable Jana McGuinness says he will likely live in Vancouver or New Westminster. “There’s a strong likelihood he will reoffend. He’ll be coming out… with no restrictions. He completed his sentence, which was two years for robbery.”
Caza is 51-years-old, white, 5’9″ and 170 lbs. He has a fair complexion, short greying brown hair, blue eyes, and often wears glasses.
His convicted offences include assault, robbery, uttering threats, fraud, theft, personation, and break and enter.
