High-risk sex offender moving into Vancouver

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – A high-risk sex offender being released from custody will now call Vancouver home. Police say James Pike is a high risk to re-offend and is a danger to women.
He is white, 39-years-old, 5’8″ tall and 170 lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Pike will be bound by the terms of his release, which include the following conditions:
He shall:
– report all intimate sexual and non-sexual relationships and friendships with females to parole officer
– not consume, purchase or possess alcohol.
– not consume, purchase or possess drugs other than prescribed medication.
Anyone witnessing James Pike in violation of any of these conditions is asked to call police.
