Relaxing on vacation starts day after you arrive: study

It takes almost a full day after you arrive at your destination to start to relax.
A survey by a British travel company found the first day of your vacation is usually taken up by unpacking and settling in.
It also takes about a day for your body clock to reset itself after a long flight.
The downtime doesn’t last very long.
One-third of respondents admitted they started worrying about the hassle of heading home within three days of beginning their holiday.
