Crown wants better apology; man accused of threatening Kwan

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – A man accused of throwing feces onto Jenny Kwan‘s home and threatening to kill her and her family needs to write a better apology letter.

Kim Pollock was slated to enter a guilty plea in Provincial Court this morning. But the Crown lawyer, who was appointed a special prosecutor in the case because Kwan is an MLA, says Pollock still needs to write an apology letter since his first one was not considered good enough.

Pollock was charged with uttering death threats against Kwan, her husband, and kids as well as committing mischief for throwing the waste.

Pollock worked for the United Steelworkers and has slammed both the NDP and the BC Liberals on a blog. His case is back in court in late February.
