Time magazine has released a list of the most sleep-deprived professions after the mattress store Sleepys gathered data from the American Center for Disease Control.
The top ten sleepless career choices saw home health-aid workers, lawyers and police officers occupy the top three spots.
Physicians and paramedics came in just behind them at fourth.
Economists, social workers and computer programmers found themselves sitting in the middle of the list.
Rounding off the top-ten list were financial analysts, plant operators and secretaries.
The profession to follow if you want to get the most sleep turned out to be forest and logging workers.
Many physicians argue adults should get seven to nine hours of sleep nightly.
