Coroner identifies all three killed in helicopter crash

TERRACE (NEWS1130) – The BC Coroners Service has identified all three men killed in a helicopter crash near Terrace.

Forty-eight-year-old Blake Erickson of Sicamous and 44-year-old Arnaud Jolibois from Banff were on board the A-Star 35 chopper. Peter Bryant was identified as the pilot on Saturday.

The helicopter, belonging to Bailey Helicopters out of Fort St. John, went down shortly before 9 a.m. near Sleeping Beauty Mountain on June 1. All three passengers were found dead when Search and Rescue crews reached the wreckage a day later.

The crash is being investigated by the Transportation Safety Board, the RCMP and the BC Coroners Service.
