Langley RCMP investigating theft from hospital

LANGLEY (NEWS1130) – This is the kind of crime that makes your stomach turn.
On March 30th, Langley RCMP received a report that someone stole an iPad and wallet from a new mom while she was in the Maternity Ward at Langley Memorial Hospital late last month.
The father’s wallet was also stolen.
The new parents had left their room with their newborn and when they returned they noticed things weren’t as they had left them.
Police in Langley are reviewing surveillance video and would like to speak with a woman that was in the ward around the time of the theft.
