VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Vancouver’s biggest free outdoor music festival will be drawing a large crowd on West 4th today.

Susan Braverman with the BIA says Khatsahlano stretches across 10 blocks in Kitsilano. “It goes from Burrard to Macdonald. We’ve got 10 stages and 50 bands.”

“It’s not just a music festival, it’s an art festival as well. We’ve got longboarding and things for children, it’s definitely grown from last year,” she adds. “We’ve got additional artists in, we’ve got additional food carts, really it’s just a fun day and it’s free!”

Over 80,000 people are expected.

The festival runs until 8 p.m.
