VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – A little motivation can go a long way.
A new survey finds six in 10 employees would quit their jobs if they didn’t feel engaged.
About one quarter of workers say their company isn’t very effective at keeping them motivated.
The survey from OfficeTeam has also found when workers aren’t engaged, productivity and customer service levels suffer.
How do you keep your workers engaged and motivated? Don’t keep them in the dark; ask for input, encourage your workers to take on new responsibilities and projects, and discuss their career aspirations.
