VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – More than 400,000 Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumpers are being recalled in the U.S. and Canada after several reports of injuries.
The product affected is model number 90564.
The manufacturer, Kids II, says there’s a problem with the sun toy attachment; they’ve received over 100 reports of incidents, including a seven-month-old boy who sustained a skull fracture.
Consumers are urged to stop using the product and contact the company for a replacement attachment immediately.
