Teenager arrested after targeted shooting in Vancouver

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – An 18-year-old has been arrested after last night’s targeted shooting in Vancouver.
Just after 6 p.m., police received calls about shots fired.
Not long after, a 19-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man walked in to Vancouver General Hospital. The woman was suffering from minor injuries.
Police arrived at VGH and found the man and woman, along with an SUV with damage from gunfire.
At 11:30 p.m., police found the suspect in a home near the shooting and took him into custody.
Vancouver Police say the two men know each other.
Charges of attempted murder are now being recommended.
