Accused ‘Peeping-Tom’ restaurant co-owner turns himself in

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – There’s a break in a disturbing case of spying that surfaced earlier this week.

The co-owner of Vancouver’s ‘Two Chefs and a Table‘ restaurant turned himself into police, he’s accused of putting a tiny, hidden camera in the restaurant bathroom last December.

“He turned him self in yesterday to sheriffs at the Vancouver Provincial Courthouse yesterday morning.”

VPD Constable Brian Montague says Alan Bosomworth will be back in court next month on voyeurism charges.

“He’ll have additional court dates, I believe his next court date is October 16. It’s in relation to the voyeurism section of the criminal code, I believe.”

Bosomworth was charged earlier this month, and has been freed on one-thousand dollars bail.
