Canucks hope to stop streaking Stars

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – The Vancouver Canucks are at home at Rogers Arena tonight against the Dallas Stars. Puck drop is at 5 p.m.

The Canucks have been off since Thursday, a 2-1 overtime loss to the San Jose Sharks. Tonight is the second of six straight games on home ice.

The Canucks will get Jannik Hansen back in the lineup. He’s missed the last 10 games with a shoulder injury.

Tonight will be Ryan Kesler’s 600th game as a Vancouver Canuck.

The Stars’ Tyler Seguin and Jamie Benn have been nothing short of fantastic. The two combined for five goals, four from Seguin, and 11 points, when Dallas demolished Calgary 7-3.

They’re both tied for the team lead with 22 points, and lead the league in scoring on the road.

Dallas has won five of their last six, the teams only loss coming against Chicago on Nov 9th.
