Family of missing Coquitlam man holding onto hope

COQUITLAM (NEWS1130) – A Coqutilam family is renewing its plea for help as the search for their missing father enters its second month.

The family of 64-year-old Shin Noh says they would have lost hope a long time ago, if it wasn’t for all the volunteers who have helped look for him.

His son Sam remains optimistic but says they don’t have any solid leads and they are exhausted. “We’re also going back to the drawing table thinking if none of these sightings are him, he might be closer to home. The question is where?”

There have been sightings in Downtown Vancouver, but none of them have been confirmed. Noh was last seen leaving the family home around Guilford and Lansdowne. He suffers from dementia.

Sam says they’ve reached out to every police detachment in the Lower Mainland to keep the case top of mind.
