Kelowna Hells Angels plead guilty to manslaughter

KELOWNA (NEWS1130) – Two Kelowna Hells Angels have pleaded guilty in the fatal beating of a man 2.5 years ago.
It’s believed that this is the first time this has happened in BC.
Norman Cocks and Robert Thomas have pleaded guilty to manslaughter. They were among six people accused in the death of Dain Phillips in Kelowna in 2011; Phillips was left unconscious ont he side of a road.
Cocks and Thomas will be sentenced next week.
