Charges upgraded against Sikh temple leader in Surrey

SURREY (NEWS1130) – Charges have been upgraded to attempted murder against a Sikh temple leader in Surrey.
Sixty-six-year-old Baldev Kalsi was originally charged with aggravated assault.
The Brookside Temple president’s wife is still in hospital in critical condition after being attacked on Sunday morning.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is leading the case.
