Richmond RCMP investigating two drive-by shootings

RICHMOND (NEWS1130) – Mounties believe there is a connection between two drive-by shootings in Richmond.
Both shootings targeted homes late Monday night, one on Williams Road, the other near Bamfield.
Cpl. Stephanie Ashton says these incidents don’t look gang related, but Serious Crimes believe they are connected.
“The complainant in the first file, the witnesses in the second file, they do believe there is a connection between the two residences. At this point, they don’t believe it’s a random act, that it’s targeted.”
No one was hurt in either incident and no arrests have been made.
