Despite extra work, most people see technology as a positive: survey

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – It used to be when we were done work, we were done. But that isn’t really the case any more.
We are now getting emails and calls long after we’ve left the office for the day.
A survey from Angus Reid shows four out of ten of us are checking our emails at home and about three in ten of us respond to emails and phone calls late into the day.
But despite the pitfalls of technology, the survey show we still see it as a positive as it provides us with a little more flexibility during the day.
