VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Sure, a raise would be nice, but what else do employees want this year? A new survey from Accountemps has found that more vacation days top the list of our desires this year. A more flexible schedule also made the list, along with better benefits.
A smaller percentage of employees also want other corporate perks, such as on-site meals and amenities, health and wellness, or subsidized transportation.

Providing a variety of workplace perks and allowing your employees to choose the mix of incentives best suited to their individual circumstances can set you apart from the competition and improve your employees’ job satisfaction.”
Roughly 16 per cent of people want more training or professional opportunities to move up in their company.
