VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – If you recently bought roasted chicken salad from Costco, don’t eat it!
The company is recalling its Kirkland Signature chicken salad because it may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
Health Canada warns the food might not look or smell bad, but it can still make you sick. Vomiting, nausea, persistent fever, muscle aches, severe headaches and neck stiffness are among the symptoms. Pregnant women, the elderly, and people with weak immune systems are at higher risk. In severe cases, people could die.
