Wife of man who died during Surrey robbery shares his final moments on FB

SURREY (NEWS 1130) – New details about a Surrey realtor’s final actions before he was killed Sunday night at his home in an apparently random home invasion have emerged online. The victim’s wife has posted a tribute on social media which takes us through the man’s last act to protect his family.
After her husband Colin Hill lost a battle to keep an intruder from pushing through the door, Becky Zhou says in Facebook post that Hill told his family to hide while he led the robber outside. That act of courage was to be Hill’s last as he was shot dead soon after at his home on 64th Ave. Zhou describes Hill as the very best husband a person can ask for noting he was a protective father and an excellent real estate agent.
Khouri Lamar Green, who has previous break-ins on his criminal record, made his first appearance in court today. He will make his next appearance in September facing second degree murder charges.
