One person dead after a shooting in Port Coquitlam

PORT COQUITLAM (NEWS 1130) – One person is dead following a late night shooting on Rindall Avenue in Port Coquitlam.
When police arrived, they found one person with several wounds and shortly after they died of their injuries.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has since taken over the file.
They say the shooting is linked to criminal activity but aren’t going into detail about what that means.
We are expecting an update on this case later today.
