SURREY (NEWS 1130) – Mounties are hoping witnesses come forward after a staff member at the Taphouse Bar in Surrey was stabbed in the neck during a fight overnight. It happened just after 1am.

RCMP Staff Sergeant Murray Hedderson says the suspect took before they got there. “The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, approximately five feet, 10 inches tall with dark hair wearing a light coloured shirt and dark pants. The male got into the rear seat of the white colour Mercedes sedan that drove away from the front door of the bar.”

That car was last seen heading east on 102nd Avenue.
