People will throw themselves down a hill for cheese this weekend

WHISTLER (NEWS 1130) – If you don’t have anything to do this weekend, you may want to consider hurling yourself down a mountainside for some cheese.
The annual Great Canadian Cheese Rolling Festival takes place in Whistler tomorrow. The free event is family-friendly and involves chasing an 11-pound wheel of cheese down a steep hill.
The first person to cross the finish line gets to keep the cheese they were chasing, and two ski season passes to Whistler Blackcomb.
