SURREY (NEWS 1130) – Crews in Surrey spent the morning dealing with an aggressive house fire after flames were seen shooting out of a home on Kindersley Drive and Grosvenor.
NEWS 1130‘s Kurtis Doering says it is now basically under control. “Police have taped off a couple of blocks of Grosvenor Drive. I can see smoke pouring from this area that was coming across the Port Mann Bridge. I see maybe two dozen firefighters and police officers milling about.”
“There is a long line of fire trucks and they have somebody on a cherry picker spraying down water onto this house but there isn’t any smoke coming from the building anymore.”
There is no word on any injuries.
