VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – There’s no shortage of fun and exciting things to do this long weekend!

The Vancouver International Wine Festival is on now until the 19th at various venues around town.

Odysseo by Cavalia is on now under the big top in Olympic Village until the end of the month.

Grouse Mountain hosts its annual 24 Hours of Winter event this long weekend with a variety of round-the-clock activities including all-night skiing, snowboarding and ice skating; sunset, midnight and sunrise snowshoe tours and much more.

Check out MUJI – an exhibition of Japanese art, architecture and culture – on now until the end of the month at the Fairmont Pacific Rim.

The Fraser Valley Home & Garden Expo is on this weekend at the Tradex in Abbotsford.

Check out Kinky Boots – Broadway’s huge-hearted, high-heeled hit – this weekend at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre.

It’s the last weekend to check out the evocative and absurd southern Gothic masterpiece, As I Lay Dying, at the Goldcorp Stage at the BMO Theatre Centre.

Flight of the Dragon is on now at FlyOver Canada until February 26th.

Coming Home: Traditions of Chinese New Year Exhibition is on now at Sun Yat-Sen Garden until February 24th.

The Audience – the royally entertaining hit play – is on now at The Stanley until February 26th.

The Hastings Park Winter Farmers Market is on Sundays until the end of April.

VSO Kids’ Koncerts presents How the Gimquat Found Her Song – Sunday at The Orpheum.

Langara College’s Studio 58 presents 42nd Street on now until the 26th.

Drop by the Museum of Vancouver to see Vancouver in the Seventies.  It’s on now until the end of February.

Check out Hong Kong – Heroes of the Dark Years – on now until the end of March at the Chinese Canadian Military Museum on Columbia.

The Vancouver Stealth pro lacrosse team plays host to a Family Day event Sunday inside the Fieldhouse at the Langley Events Centre.

Celebrate Family Day on Monday at VanDusen Garden and Bloedel Conservatory.

Stop by the 2nd Annual Family Day on Commercial Drive on Monday.

Enjoy some free public skating including helmet and skate rentals on Monday at Cloverdale Arena, North Surrey Arena, Newton Arena and the Surrey Sport and Leisure Arena.  There’s also free public swimming in pools around Surrey

Family Day celebrations will be happening on Monday at Coal Harbour Community Centre.

Visit Family Fun Day at Kensington Community Centre on Monday.

There are several Family Day events planned in Delta on Monday including skate and water safety lessons.
