VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – The smoke and haze that’s been hanging over much of the Lower Mainland for more than a week has finally begun to clear.
There are still 143 fires burning across the province, but marine air has begun filtering into Vancouver, dispersing some of the smoke. Rain on Saturday night is expected to improve the air quality even further over the next few days.
