Two seniors found dead in a Vancouver home; deaths considered suspicious

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – The deaths of two seniors in a Vancouver apartment this week is being treated as suspicious.
Police say the bodies of the man and woman were found in their home near Granville Street and West 5th Avenue at about 5 p.m. yesterday.
While detectives and the BC Coroners Service are still working to confirm the cause of death, there is no evidence to suggest anyone else was involved in the deaths.
The man was 79 years old, and the woman was 77.
No further details have been released, but police do not think there is any risk to the public.
