VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – The Vancouver Canucks are taking another hit as forward Loui Eriksson will miss the rest of the season after suffering a fractured rib.

Eriksson has missed the Canucks’ last two games with what was previously described only as an upper-body injury.

In 50 games this season, the 32-year-old has 10 goals and 23 points. Eriksson in his first two seasons with Vancouver has played 115 games with 21 goals and 26 assists for 47 points.

Eriksson is in the second year of a six-year, $36 million contract he signed in 2016.
