Parolee arrested after failing to return to halfway house in Vancouver

Update: Vancouver Police say Kevin Holden was arrested on March 19, 2018.
Police are asking for your help in finding a 42-year-old parolee who did not return to his halfway house in Vancouver.
The VPD says a Canada-wide warrant has now been issued for Kevin Jerome Holden. He is currently serving a five year sentence for a hostage taking in 2013, and has 34 prior convictions for breach of trust, violence, and property-related offences.
Holden is described as a white male, about 6’00” tall, weighs 160 lbs and has short blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, jeans, black running shoes, and is said to have been carrying a black and grey duffel bag. Holden also has a number of tattoos.
You’re urged to call 911 right away if you see Holden or have any information on his whereabouts.
