VICTORIA (NEWS 1130) — From the serious to the seriously bizarre, we’ve been able to learn just how busy police officers in Victoria have been dealing with pre-Halloween partygoers over the weekend.

The Victoria Police Department has been tweeting all weekend long, giving an insight into what busy officers have been coming across.

Sounds like Victoria’s Mitch Buchannon was on duty last night. Call it: James Baywatch
