Convict who walked away from Vancouver halfway house arrested

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – A federal offender who walked away from his halfway house in Vancouver has been arrested.
On Tuesday, Vancouver police issued a public call for help finding 33-year-old Ryan Patrick Beaulieu.
Beaulieu, serving a five-year, eight-month sentence for manslaughter, has an extensive criminal history which includes assaulting a police officer.
He was arrested Tuesday night by the VPD and remains in custody.
