HOPE (NEWS 1130) – Good news if you’re headed for the southern Interior, Highway 3 has reopened between Hope and Princeton.
The highway had been closed for hours following a crash east of Manning Park early Wednesday morning.
But drivers are still being asked to take it slow if taking the Sea-to-Sky as a snowfall warning continues for Highway 99 between Squamish and Whistler. The region could see another 15 centimetres of snow by Wednesday night.
Environment Canada has issued multiple snowfalls warning for some B.C. areas, including Boundary, Kootenay Lake, and Whistler.
