VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – University RCMP are asking for any potential victims to come forward following a case of voyeurism at a washroom on UBC grounds.

Police say the incident happened in a public washroom on Agronomy Road near Thunderbird Crescent just before 10 p.m. on Jan. 3.

The victim told officers that a suspect put a cell phone over the top of the bathroom stall while they were using the washroom.

“The cell phone was described as having a distinctive case—black with a cubed and striped pattern,” read a release from RCMP.

Officers say a man, believed to be the suspect was arrested for obstruction but was later released.
